Found a video which raised some relevant points of the much crazed Nickel (Ni200) wire. Thought it might be of some interest to the people here, especially with everyone jumping in to the temperature control scene. Not trying to start a debate or to fear monger, just found this interesting.

ni200 is pretty old news actually, most TC guys are onto TI or SS.
Anyway, NI will only be harmful at a temp thats way above what we can put out on our mods (in the thousands of C or so) but not enough studies will be done since its pretty old stuff as of now.
