Food not tasting very good

Hello all.. This is my first post. I started ecigs (Halo Element) about 4 days ago. I wish I would have quit smoking and started on these years ago.

I have noticed that food doesn't taste the same or as good as it used to. I love chocolate, but honestly after having started the ecigs, it's not tasting all that good. I was hoping that quitting smoking would make everything taste better, but it seems the ecigs have had the opposite effect.

Any thoughts on why this may be happening? I would really hate to give up chocolate too!

I know what you mean. This seems to be a common side effect. Give it a week or so and your body and taste buds will adapt and come back to normal. Then again, if you are vaping some really strong flavors, it may take a bit longer.

Your taste buds will take some time to readapt. And your tastes will likely change somewhat as you'll be tasting nuances in things that you couldn't as a smoker.

Good (well, I don't mean I'm glad you know what I mean)... Glad it's not just me. As for the flavors... I bought 4 different flavors and I really can't even tell the difference between them. Maybe that will change in time too.

Just wondering... is there a flavorless juice? Or can you custom the intensity of the flavors in the juice?
