Yes, I have to say the same! Electronic Ash is my only supplier for my 510 batts and attys! Taras is the best!
This was a recent change made however if I can find a workaround to a problem, it may go back down. The problem encountered on our end showed up after we did an analysis on the orders. The problem that came up has to do with Propylene Glycol. We sell quite a bit of it and I have no problem keeping it in stock as clearly there is a demand and many of my regular customers order it. However when we looked close at all the orders between 14.00 and 19.99, 78% of them had PG and the majority of those were PG only orders. Taking even a closer look, these orders came from many customers who only order PG from us, nothing else. Looking at the orders that come from our regular customers who order items other than PG, seldom was there a order 19.99 or under. The problem with the PG only orders is that when 2 bottles are ordered, it just trips the 13.99 threshold and also goes over the 1 pound shipping threshold , so it has to be shipped as a 2 pound parcel. Depending on where it is going, it can cost almost 8.00 to ship. Add the credit card transaction fees, packaging labor and materials and the cost of the product, it was clear that these orders are a losing proposition for us and we receive several of these orders each day. Our cart software does not support using different shipping rules or minimums for individual items otherwise it would be easy to solve this issue. We are currently pursuing a custom module to be developed for us to do just that. For now however, we needed to raise the minimum a bit to avoid repeated PG only orders. The effect to our regular customers should be minimal as 20.00 is not a large order and rarely do we get orders smaller than that.

There already is a limit of one (has been for quite a while), but one of each size + packaging trips the 13oz first class shipping limit (actually trips 1lb). We are having a teleconference on friday with a programmer who does custom zen cart shipping modules to explore if he can develop a module that allows us to apply shipping rules to individual items.
