It's just simple math. If you want to mix juice with 20% of flavoring in it, just think of it that way - 10ml of juice is 100% so if you take 20% of it, you will need 8ml of base (whatever you are using). As for the flavorings it's the same. 1% - 0.1ml. So if you need 7% of flavoring you will take 0.7ml of it with a syringe. If you mix more than 10ml, for example 30ml, just duplicate these numbers by 3. Lets take the same 7% of flavoring - it's 0.7ml when mixing a 10ml of juice, but if you are going to make 30ml you are going to need 2.1ml of the flavoring (0.7ml x 3).
