Question about mixing e-juice

Background: I have mixed in the past using PG+NIC, VG, +Flavoring. This time around I want to try mixing two flavors and have a question. I will be using Lorann Flavors: Bubble Gum + Strawberry

I found a recipie that says to use 9 parts Bubble Gum and 4 Parts Strawberry.

According to the Lorann FAQ they suggest 15-20% when using Bubble Gum for best flavor. And they suggest 20-25% for the Strawberry. So given those numbers, how would I mix the BubbleGum and Strawberry? If it were just Bubblegum I would simply go with 15% for my first attempt, but since I am adding Strawberry (and it suggests 20% minimum flavor), what percent would you suggest as a starting point?

Note: I did not mention the Nicotine or PG/VG amounts because they are net relavant to the discussion and I know what to do there.

I would prob start w/10% bubblegum and 5% strawberry and work up little by little. See how it goes and then add a little more of each till I got where I liked it. I always start low, but have heard that Lorann flavors are a little weak as opposed to others. You can always add more but if too much it's hard to take away.

Since both are advisable to be mixed at 20% seperately, you could start at 20% total flavor. That would be approximately 14% Bubble Gum and 6% Strawberry. I'm not a master flavor mixer, but that would give you the acceptable 20% flavor at the prescribed ratio of 9:4

Obviously you'll have to fine tune that depending on how strong the flavor really is compared to what you like
