I'm a huge smilin fan and I have always ordered the premium smilin menthol but they are out of the 18mg so I was wondering if the wow smilin menthol taste the same as the premium smilin menthol? They have that one in the 18 and 0 that I'm looking for.

I'm a big fan of the premium Smilin... but I haven't yet tried the Wow smilin', yet. After reading some of the reviews around here, I don't think I'm in any rush to try it either. A couple people have noted that it doesn't taste anything like the premium version. One guy said it tasted like second-hand smoke and peppermint. 
I was waiting to hear some positive reviews on it (or that it was just a bad batch), before I pulled the trigger on the Wow version.

I order the wow for the exact same reason because they were out of 18mg but I won't do that again. The wow version is not anything like the premium. It is such a strong peppermint taste that I can't vape it alone; I have to mix it with something. It not bad like I couldn't vape it; it is just soooo strong that it actually is a bit sickening. But then again everyone's taste buds are different; this is just my experience.
They are not the same flavor, but my friend just called me yesterday to tell me that WoW is great anyways. He likes them both equally.
I got a sample carto of Smilin with my last order...how do I tell if it was WOW or Premium? Because I liked it, whichever it was...
It's a bad batch or mislabelled black coffee. They apparently got it out of the premium bottles but not the WOW yet.
Sorry but, you won't be hearing a positive review from me anytime soon. I can't stand vaping coffee w/o cream & a third flav like the CMF or cappiccino and even then can only vape a few pulls before I feel sick and move back to a crisp, clean menthol. I can't taste any peppermint in it.

Turn the carto so the connector end is facing you and place it next to both a Premium and Wow cart. the Wow carts have slightly larger holes but, that will only tell you for certain the type of cart it's in and not necessarily the type of juice. Odds are, it's the Premium from all the posts here.
Thanks...it has a significantly smaller hole than both that I compared it to, so I'm guessing it's Premium...
I have tried both and do not think that the Wow is for me. To me, there is not much of a menthol taste and more of a peppermint. I have ordered a bottle of premium and like it a lot better. We all have different tastes though so what's not good to me may be great for the next guy. I have found a few Wow flavors that can't be beat though.

The WOW liquid is made from a different manufacturer so yes it does taste different. I personally love it and I love the premium smilin menthol as well. The premium smilin seems to have a more menthol taste than the WOW smilin but the menthol is there.
I've tried the mint vg juice and it's pretty good too. It has a nice pure menthol taste. I've been pretty satisfied overall with the menthol type vg juices. I've never had pure vg juice before trying these but at 2 bucks you can't beat it.
