over my journey of vaping and DIY - ive have yet to come across a ratio that does NOT create an un-pleasant experiance.

100%PG kills my throat(bleeds... literaly) and leaks in every tank no matter how much wick(cotton) is used

50/50 PG/VG creates a "film" inside of my mouth and throat - constantly spitting up clear loogies....

100%VG kills any nicotine TH and wicks horrible - burning alot.

ANY addition of H2O causes HUGE sputters and the coils spit juice.

im currently vaping 50/50 due to the fact id rather "have to spit", than having a bleeding throat(pg) or having violent juice sputters(h2o) OR having a very unsatisfying vape(vg).

i drink tons of water so thats not the issue. - something magical with juice ratios-

using an ego battery, or my mvp set at 8W.
i used to use a kanger t2,now all i use is kanger t3s. rebuilt at 1.8 and with cotton. i have no issues with dry hits and no gurgling. i know its not the hardware causing this.

its just something magical with the juice blends... but idk what. and im trying to see if any one else has the same issues or possible sollutions?

+1 How much water did you add? Straight VG with ~15% distilled water + flavor should do you just fine; I vape it all the time. Or use the 20% rule i.e. 80% VG + 20% (flavor and distilled water). If it is still too viscous for you equipment, raise the % DW. I had issues with nasal dryness which I resolved by also including 1% saline solution in my mix (0.9% concentration).

when i used DW. i added it as 5% in the final mix. - it was violent, so i tried 2% and it was still as violent.. thats after a week of steeping, was trying to make sure everything was blended well before i gave it a go.

PG reaction sounds to far fetched, i think if i had an issue, my throat would be swelling or something else. PG is just too dry and causes my throat to bleed regardless of how much water i drink (over 2 gallons a day on average... i drink water alot!)

Personally I would not tolerate a bloody throat, it's your body is telling you something (in no uncertain terms). Have you seen a physician? And something is not right with your equipment, mix or conclusions; many vape this way on a regular basis. Might I suggest the Kanger mini ProTanks? And good luck in getting this straightened out.
