I just had a curious thought, more like a question.

I was wondering how FSUSA keeps tabs on their loyal customers. Do you guys keep track of each person? Like a record of some sort? (I'm sure you do) Maybe a record for each customer that contains when they put in their first order (join date) and the total amount of money they have spent thus far on the total orders combined...ect.

Maybe it's all done electronically. And if is is electronically, do you have back up files just in case? (I know that when I login, I can look at past orders.)

The reason I ask is because maybe one day down the road when we're all turning grey, (if we're not already) you could have loyal customer specials.

For example...If you have been a customer for more than 5 years or perhaps...more than ten years, then you are eligible for this sale. Kinda like a veteran's special/sale.

Or you could do it a different way. Like for example, if you have placed 5 or more orders...or perhaps ten or more orders in the past then you are eligible for this vetaran's sale.

I'm not saying (or demanding) to do this, I'm just brainstorming, and it's just a thought.

yes we are already working on ideas like that on our end. We do have full records of purchases and we have mirrored backups of our servers in case of failure or whatever.
Loyalty programs we are rewarding with gold label reserve juices and all kinds of other goodies. Just hang tight, we are getting there.
I am looking at new shopping carts that have built-in rewards programs, affiliate programs and all kinds of neat things for the end users :)

Yeah, LD's a real buddy. One time we went camping and were hiking in the forest when all of a sudden a bear jumps out of a bush and starts chasing us. We both start running for our lives, when LD stops and starts to put on his running shoes.

I said, "LD, what are you doing? You can't outrun a bear!"

And LD says, "I don't have to outrun the bear, I only have to outrun you!"

Yeah, he really takes good care of me.
