we are currently able to process orders who wish to pay with an electronic check. We are using check by phone pro but it allows you to click on a link in the payment area of your order and add the total of your order, once completed, to the electronic check payment. They are extremely secure and your payment goes directly from your bank account into ours. once cleared, usually right away, we will process your order. This is only available for U.S. customers only unfortunately but it helps a little. Hang tight we are fixing things. Credit Card processing banks are notoriously slow in getting things up and running but atleast if you have a checking account, with money in it, you can place an order, complete it and add the total amount to an electronic check to pay us and we will get the order in the air to you asap.
Sorry for all the delays folks, it is hurting us tremendously but we will survive with our loyal customers and our walk-in lounge

very sorry but right now we are trying hard to just keep the doors open
I wish you the best and certainly hope you're able to keep the doors open. I like your product a lot. That's the reason FSUSA has been my juice source for the past 2 years. But the 20% discount was your idea, not mine. Times are tough for most middle class folks and I was just trying to take advantage of a discount you decided to offer. It's not my fault that your order system wasn't working at the time and you had indicated in previous posts that you would honor the discounts we missed when your system went down.

when our credit card processor is functional again we will of course run a sale. in absence of that we are just giving options to folks to atleast be able to purchase what they need. Plenty of time in the future for more fsusa sales...

Right now we're just letting folks know they have a couple of options to atleast get fluid they desperately need.

What in the world is happening David? I'm finally close to running out of PureCig and was thinking of buying some. I came to check out any comments about the current quality control and see if there is a special going.

I recall coming here more than a month ago about something and saw your post about not being able to process credit cards temporarily. Buddy it takes less than a day to sign a credit card processing agreement with any of the primary processing companies.

The only time there is a problem would be because of excessive complaints to the credit card processing centers regarding unfulfilled orders or vendors not paying their processing fees. The last time I was here you all were talking about opening up a third walk in location. What happened?:?:

You guys are the only company with PureCig. I picked up three big bottles from someone that just stopped liking it out of nowhere. That's almost gone now.

Are you guys about to move onto something different? Seriously. Should we be concerned?

The problem with paying for goods with electronic checks is there is no buyer protections that you get using a credit or debit card. Anyone with your routing and account number can attempt to steal from your account. And like I said, there are no dispute protections that come with using a credit or debit card.

That's why Paypal was created to fill the void. Why aren't you using Paypal and simply telling customers not to mention e-cigs on the payment? At least the consumer has protection that way. Just go Paypal.:toast:

Suggewstions that Pam and I are moving out of e-cigs is ludicrous.
We have a new processor. The idea it takes 1 day to get a new processor is way off base.
To suggest that we lost our old processor because of too many complaints, unfulfilled orders etc. is so far from the truth that we don't need to even discuss that. We never once ever not fulfilled an order. There are many reasons why a bank will no longer work with a company, even if they have been with them for years. Ours just chose to no longer allow electronic cigarette sales, as is their right. No big mystery there, and anything else shold not even be a suggestion.
The what and why of our new processor is not up for debate. Nor is our proprietary business info.
We have stated many times we won't use paypal, it is not in our interests to break their obviously stated code of no e-cig sales, and we are honoring that.
We have a credit card processor, They outright cater to the e-cig industry.
we accept echecks in a pci compliant atmosphere.
we accept bank wire transfers.
we accept check/money orders in the mail.
we accept cash.
and soon we are accepting western union..
We will open new locations when we are prepared to do so and no sooner. No need to hurry something and ruin a good thing.
I think Pam and I have covered all bases...
