For the USB passthroughs

Do they wear out like regular batteries after awhile?

Everything but spam and twinkies wears out! Yes, they do but not as often as a battery. I have had one 3 months now that's still doing just fine. You can kill them with liquid if they aren't sealed pass throughs (manuals) But it's not that easy. I hang my auto passthrough up at night without an atty. No idea if that helps..but it doesn't seem to hurt!

So a closed passthrough is an automatic, not a manual. Am I right?

A sealed or closed pass thru would be a manual one that comes with a button.


Automatics can be ruined quite easily by dripping.
