The 2 times I ordered and got a free sample they were labeled. When I bought some 24mg juices they threw in a 12mg bottle. When I ordered some 6mg juices they had thrown in a 6mg sample that had a hand written label on it. Maybe they forgot?
I figured it was odd. I want to try it, but I'm hoping it isn't one of their mess up flavors lol
I'm with Kodiak - if you like it you can't order any more, lol. When you place your next order with Mt. Baker, at checkout there is a comment box. You can type in your request for the free sample juice and the nicotine mg. you want. I've always gotten what I requested.

Simple mistake by MBV I'm sure. Not the norm for them. I've ordered lots of juice from them and received many samples.
haha that is strange. yes, they usually are always labeled with what it is, even if you request the sample, the info is written on it.

It's a mistake. They accidentally didn't label it. I've ordered tons from them and they are always labelled. Smell of it and I'm sure its fine to use, but if you like it, you'd have to try to figure out what it is... Lol.

Well, I loaded it up. Immediate burning to my throat. No taste to it. I used it on a new build. No flavor to it, just a burning sensation to my throat. No idea..
I got my order from them today. Got a 15ml Guava sample with a label. That is strange. 
I talked with their rep, Andrew, VIA chat and he was confused as well. He did state that they are made in batches and the label may have simply fallen off, which is a possibility.
A huge plus for MBV. He said he'd credit my account so I can get another juice and sample. That is fantastic customer service. I wasn't requesting anything from them, I was just trying to find out what I may have. He went above and beyond.

My sample flavors was guava also. Lol. And someone else mentioned cucumber mint. That was my last orders sample flavor. Which turned out to be ordered this order, but As a 50/50 blend and 300ml size. Lol. That flavor is awesome. Perfect amount of mint. Not so over powering like some mint flavors. Anyone know what the guava tastes like? By the way I always get a sample flavor. Mbv is just awesome like that. Was one reason they became one of my main go to vendors. Always had a label though.
I wonder if they accidentally gave you some unflavored juice. Weird I've been ordering every month for at least a year. Never had an unlabeled bottle.

I've placed several orders with them and my samples were always labeled. Last time they threw in 2 free samples, banana and cucumber mint. I haven't tried the cucumber mint yet, I've been a little hesitant on that one.

I've only ordered from MBV once so far and the sample I got was labeled. The funny part is I got Vanilla Butternut, and I fish for carp and use Vanilla Butternut as a flavoring in the bait I use. It smells great but it makes me think of sweat and carp slime. 
I've ordered twice. First sample was the infamous cucumber mint and the second was vanilla butternut. I tried the cucumber mint after 2 weeks but all I get is spearmint with a hint of some completely unidentifiable other flavor. So I've been filling the MBV thread with offers to trade it to folks whenever anyone mentioned not liking some other flavor
