Sorry but maybe ECF should have an advertisement section to list articles since that is what I get out of this op.

Really? I post a link to a magazine article on e-cigs in a Sub-forum titled "Media and General News", and you accuse me of shilling? For whom, Steve Forbes?

Wow, there's one under every rock.

OK, I'll admit it. I'm being paid by the Illuminati, who entered into a joint venture with the Bilderberg's Political Wing, the Free Masons and the Scientologists to finance my Shill Fee.

Can't say that I ever smoked for the taste - actually, I smoked in spite of the taste. If njoy is :

B: Most electronic cigarettes on the market can’t deliver on this promise. To get there, you need a product that is the closest possible approximation to a combustion cigarette – in appearance, performance and flavor.

I think I'll just stick with my DIY peppermint :D. Also, why do you 'need' something that "is the closest possible approximation to a combustion cigarette – in appearance, ..."?

Agreed. The best thing for the industry is to make the products themselves resemble analogs as little as possible, while making the satisfaction one gets as close to analogs as possible.

The best thing for industry is to put a cig-a-like
in the hands of everyone who smokes ...
AND
Inform them there are many other types on the market IF they
find themselves later not being satisfied.

Smokers INITIALLY gravitate to the cig-a-likes
for the Same Reasons MOST of us did when we first started vaping.

I DO understand the thinking behind the 'cig-a-likes for new users' and am even somewhat in favor of it. But many smokers try to quit using the Patches - nothing at all like a cigarette; the Gums - ditto; the Pills - ditto again. But if they ever try an e-cig, they get the hand-to-mouth and the puffing - very like a cigarette; whether it actually looks like a cigarette may not, IMO, actually be all that important - except to Marketers. As far as taste goes - the few tobacco flavors I tried (a couple of years ago) tasted like what tobacco smells like. As far as reproducing what a combusting tobacco cigarette tastes like; I personally doubt that that will happen in an ecig, so why go there.

Just my opinions and YMMV :D

chill out or take an aspirin

You don't accuse me of being a shill and then dismiss me with some snide remark. But having read some of your other comments elsewhere, I see you are just a pestilence in human form, and I'll leave it at that.

Yes, I disclosed this was written by someone I know, as opposed to just an article I happened to read and thought might be interesting. You accused me of "advertising" my friend's article. That is the definition of shill, and it was the accusation you made in your original comment here. So which one is it, "heat in a kitchen" or "chill"? You can't even keep your trolling straight.

If you could read you would see I said the article was an advertisement. I didn't stoop so low as to call you names like you are doing. If I touched a sore spot then post a better advertisement next time.

The importance of a missing comma in your original post here is that your sentence is stating that I am the one doing the advertising.

And my friend did not get paid for that piece, he is a consumer, and in fact is about to graduate from NJOY to a Provari.

Thanks for posting this article Kataphraktos.

bunnomatic should post an apology for his/her postings criticizing you.

Regarding the NJOY reps criticism of competitor e-cigarette products, I suspect it will prompt vapers who don't use NJOY products to post their criticisms of NJOY products. Payback.

I have nothing to apologize for. My criticism was of the article and not the original poster. Both you and he are in error.

Could I have stated it better...probably. Am I going to apologize for it...no.
