Great testimony from Buyer! I hope that they listened to him, and give serious thought to his recommendations!

I enjoyed the last 2 pages of his presentation. Hopefully Indiana, Oklahoma, and other states considering these studies and policy changes implement even just a few of them.

And it was very nice to see electronic cigarettes and nicotine gum included on top of each other at the bottom of the risk continuum.

Interesting to see Buyer bring up how Indiana offers free NRTs for a 2 week period -- how long will it take for Reynolds to start competing for state business with Zonnic?

He is the best-informed politico I have ever heard. It's a shame he left himself open to attack on his foundation's financial policies.
