Forum email subscriptions not working

For almost 2 weeks now, I am not getting email notifications for 3 or 4 forums I'm subscribed to w/ daily email notifications. I'm getting all the email notifications for individual threads, just not for forums. (new posts and updated posts are happening in these forums, I've check on that possibility)

I've unsubscribed and re-subscribed but that hasn't resolved the problem.

Any tips / hints I can try to get it working again?

I can go into the control panel and clear all of your subscriptions. This is a bit drastic if you have a lot of subscriptions but would be the next step in troubleshooting your issue. You'll also want to wait about a day before resubscribing. If you want me to do this please PM me and I'll do it for you.

Thanks so much for the offer - but NO, please don't do that (and I know you wouldn't unless I PMed you). First I'll try un-subscribing to the 4 forums I'm having an issue with. Wait at least a day and re-subscribe.

If that doesn't work - it's time to clean up my subscriptions anyway, I'll try some house-keeping of my own. I'm subscribed to way too many threads over the last year. Many don't even get any posts to them any longer. I'm a thread pack-rat.

If I find out what 'helps' to get it working again - I'll post here, in case someone else runs into it.
