where is my edit signature box? I would like to post a banner, but I don't know where to find my edit signature box!

Actually, you need a few more than that.

15 posts and above:
Members can post in all forums, and can now have a signature.

The servers reset at 25 past the hour. So in about 12 minutes, your account should be updated.

Yes, replies count. Except if it's in some sections like the Lounge or Outside.
