Forum issues

Been checking out this forum for a month or so and today I joined. Great info for the newbee in me.

I am having two issues with this forum.

It seems to run pretty slow, takes pretty long to load a new post. I'm on other (non related type) forums that all run much faster. Not a big deal just want to know if it's my ISP or not. I'm running cable and it's pretty quick.

Another issue I'm seeing is, I get text in strainge places sometimes going over other images or text. I'm running IE currently.

Again these are not really big issues as I can view, read and post without a problem.

I have never had issues with Firefox on dsl so i don't know what it could be. Welcome and Happy vaping!!

Well considering the forum totally crashed monday, I'd give it a few days for the guys to get the kinks worked out.

Bardic is right, give it a while Ozz & the forum will soon be running smoothly again.

Also agrees with Jaz - no issues using Fiefox

it seems snappy to me right now. Earlier today it wasn't working at all. I assume something was broken, or maintenance was being done. I use Firefox 6.0. Witch version of IE? The newer ones seem fine here...

Firefox displays it fine. Re slow - this is a HUGE forum, much larger than any other ecig forum I have seen.

I keep a link to New Members to avoid the huge front page. When I want a particular section I go to Google and search

e-cigarette-forum DIY
e-cigarette-forum Canada
e-cigarette-forum Buying & Selling

and i can usually get a link right to where I want to go


BTW 2 more non-spam posts or replies in New Members and an hour later you will be able to PM and post in other sections.

Firefox here and this site seems as fast as, or faster than most of the other sites I go to. I visit a racquetball forum that's like molasses. Actually, I don't even go there that often because it's just to freakin' slow. This one runs fine for me.

Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch for you, or something to do with the server issue that happened last last night and this morning.
