Hey everyone! Been vaping a while but I just started vaping earlier this week! I got a Riva 510 earlier in the week, it is great! Now that I have a e cig with a good battery(less maintenance), my next step is to look for other options! I don't wanna drip so often. Cartos, tanks? So any comments on that would be much appreciated!! Menthol is my fav, so I will gladly take opinions on any menthol flavor juice, thanks!

Welcome to the forum! The Riva is great, isn't it? I use boge cartomizers for now and I'm pretty happy with them.

Menthol?

nhalers nuport, 555 menthol
BWB menthol
Rocky Mtn Vapors menthol
Vapor Bomb Artic Ice

They're the ones I've tried and like all of them. Nhalers nuport is my all day vape. Well 1/2 day- the other half I've been vaping VB peach or Vixen Vapors Vanilla bean ice cream.

I like cartomizers. I haven't tried tanks yet, so I can't comment. If you want more vapor you could go with some low resistance carts. Madvapes has a 50ml of menthol for 10.99. I actually like it quite a bit. Some people are iffy about chinese juices. You never know what they might be cutting it with. But I think its probably ok.

My riva 901 lasts about 6-8 hours with a low resistance cartomizer. With standard resistance it will last a full day. I have also read that low resistance carts/atomizers stress the batteries more. So you won't get the same life span from your battery. But the trade off is vapor production, and a warmer vape. A blank cart holds about 25-30 drops on the first fill, and it takes about 20 drops each refill. If you keep them wet and don't let them dry and burn the filler, you can get several refills on a cart. When you start noticing less vapor, you need to refill them to avoid burning them up. When they stop performing like they should and you know it is not from lack of juice then they are done for. Make sure you get some good carts and they will last you. Boge seems to be the best brand according to most members here. I haven't been able to get my hands on any for the 808d-1. Everyone buys them all up.
