Forum question on multiple qoute replies

I have recently discovered the reply to mulitple qoute icon and I love it. However I find that after my reply is done that the messages do not clear themselves out of the reply box. I asked others and the solution I was given was to indivisually go back to each message and uncheck the reply box.......There must be a better way. Any help in this matter will be appreciated. Thanks.

Yim........Once you click the Post Quick Reply button after responding to your multi quotes everything should be good to go. Not sure what your doing wrong?

In my experience, as long as the Multi-Quote icon is checked, the quote in question will reappear in your reply box every time you post a reply in that thread. You can either uncheck the icons or exit the forum temporarily--just close your browser and reopen again. You don't need to log out.

Usually clearing cookies and cache will fix it, if not you need to disable your extensions one at a time until you figure out which add-on is causing it.

Just wanted to say thanks again for your help on this. I simply shut down the browser and they all vanished. Duh who would of thunk it
