Is anyone else's "search" tool not working?

yup - same message as when trying to navigate through 'my posts'

connection to 172.16.1.1:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

i believe ecf is aware of the problem

yes..multiple people. They said it should start working again around 40 mins or so ago, but its still not for me either.
