I really don't want to sound silly, but since this is a feedback area I think a "like" icon (similar to how FB does on comments and posts) on the various posts would be great. I feel that it could reduce the thread size. I have seen many posts that have been quoted with a saying by the poster, agree...etc (which I too have done). Just a thought.
