Probably not. Geoff once said that all the premiums have at least 5 flavors in them. The most you can have them combine in CYO is 3 (4 if you include dairy in your comments.)

Poeia is right premium flavors are more complex than just 3 flavors so be careful in your choices! I learned my lesson from the last time this was offered. Best suggestion is to make notes in the comments as too what your trying to achieve!
I really wanted to try double chocolate marshmallow Irish cream!

Do you remember what mg you ordered? I'm asking because in the description of the premium tobacco/menthol it says:

When ordering please keep in mind, this is NOT a concentrated flavoring, therefore, at 48mg, the tobacco taste is rather diminished.

I've only had one bottle of it that i bought in the classifieds and it also had a touch of vanilla. I fell in love with it and am getting dangerously low. I have a bottle of vanilla doubler and was thinking of using it, but I don't want to dilute down to less than 24mg, so I'm thinking that I may just need to order it at 24mg and not mix.

I order 48mg and mix down to 12mg via doubler. The flavor in the doubler will more than make up the difference (plus it saves lots of $$).

On the Customize Your Own, I think Waffle will be the only flavor that we don't treat as a single flavor. If you order waffle from the CYO menu, yes, we'll make it as we do on the Premium. No problem.

The ONLY problem we always have when we stick Customize Your Own, is the people calling/e-mailing/Live Helping asking if we'll mix Premium Flavors with other Premium Flavors. Um. Sorry. NO. Customize Your Own entails adding up to three single flavors, where adding only TWO premium flavors would entail about 8+ flavorings. See where I'm going with this? With the exception of waffle, CYO is only three single flavors.

Hey, there will be times I have to disappear to take care of things here. Don't take it personally, ECF is ONE of the attributes that I consider a necessary part of what I do, but it's a part and if I'm here all the time, then there are other areas of "my job" that fall to the wayside.

So, any understanding is much appreciated. Glad to be here, even if there is a little bit of unnecessary drama on here lately.

Yeah it is nice too see Geoff and Mrs tastyvapor in the forum! But now that I found out he's grown to a clientele of over 6000 I understand why their not on here much! That's fantastic numbers. Just goes to show your doing something right! I think we all need to take that to heart and not be so selfish with the me me me attitude! They do a fantastic job with that many people putting in orders!
