I thought it would be nice to share with you any impacts on health I have had since vaping. Mind you, results will vary for each person and it would be best to quit nicotine entirely.. but if you are like me, you wont.

* When I first started, I would experience dizziness. After a few months that feeling subsided.
* I had an eye twitch when I first started, that went away.
* A couple of years ago, I noticed my right lung would ache. The solution was to cut back on the nicotine.
* If I vape a lot (such as when drinking) I will wake up the next morning with a sore throat.

That is it, as of now I feel pretty healthy. I haven't noticed any unusual aches, twitches, or dizziness if I keep the nicotine levels low. I generally stick to around 16 - 20 mg, and vape like a chimney. Since I have started vaping, I usually have used a mix of VG and PG. For the past few months, I've decided to just go with unflavored eliquid because I would like to keep any possible toxins down to a minimum.

vaping is still new, and I wouldn't want to leave without a disclaimer that ultimately, these things might kill us.. I don't want to mislead people, but so far so good for me.

If you have been vaping for a couple of years or more, please leave your own experience (both the good and bad).

Hi Jimik,
Ive been vapin' for nearly 4 years. I immediately felt healthier when I started vaping, quit cigarettes on day 1.
Never had any sore throat or anything apart from once recently when I made a badly wrapped rba coil and got a harsh throat hit.

Apart from that I've had no ill effects thus far. I feel a little groggy sometimes if I chain-vape too much but if you compare that with when I chain-smoked back in the day I'd have felt nauseous and sick. No wheezing, coughing or lung problems like when I smoked. Energy levels better. The only negative is so many people asking me if I'm smoking crack when I'm out :p
This year my hair started to thin a little bit on top and I started researching to see if it was anything to do with vaping but it turns out I'm 34 and this, sadly, is more than likely a natural occurrence.

:p
