Hubs janty and mine both came with 2 batts each. One of each has died, so we are both running on one batterie each. Well my vape production has gone way down today and Im thinking I just need batteries. Janty is out!!!! Ok, So I need a lo cost, prefreably a store (ex:radio Shack, Best Buy, batteries Plus) to get some more for our Janty sticks and my Chuck that should hopefully be here soon. I can eventually order more but I'd be happier just walking into a store. And can yall tell me what in the heck you call these kids of batteries? Or give me links (specially if its to one of those stores ;) Thanks guys, I know yall told me to have backups, leason well learned!

Janty batteries are proprietary. If I am wrong in this statement, someone will chime in.

Your problems are quite normal. I used to own a Kissbox and could not use any power source except for a Janty battery. Your problems are why many vapers move onto better, more reliable power sources using less expensive batteries. I chose to purchase a Super-T. The batteries for this unit are rechargable and cost a few bucks if they no longer hold a charge. The device is fully mechanical leaving virtually nothing that can go wrong preventing my atomizer from firing.

:-x:confused:What? I am confused. So I can just go out and get a battery for my Janty? Do they just screw in like the ones I have. I got into e-cigs because I thought there were so many conveniences to them, but they are so confusing. I'll keep trying to sort all of this out. I haven't given up yet. Back to the battery issue: so I just got my Janty Kissbox. The batteries don't come charged and you have to charge them for a minimum of 12 hours (or 16 depending on where you look) before you can use it. I've been using the pass-through until it's charged. The hit I get is almost frustrating. No, it is frustrating. It's either hardly nothing at all or it hits my lungs so hard it makes me cough (throat hit?) Then hardly anything comes out (no matter wht it felt like going in). I use a manual switch, but it still seems like I need to take an extra puff first. I've been "priming" the atty with a couple of drops of liquid first and the cart. I've also tried just direct dripping, no cart, same diff. Once this battery gets charged will that change? Do I just need more practice? Any suggestions would be helpful. Back to the bigger and better battery thing, elaborate! :)

you can get batteries for the Janty STICK from any store that sells that size li-ion battery (AAA size but not a normal AAA battery) the KISSBOX you can not, but I would have to research I think an 801 battery would work since i think the kissbox atty is basicly one, but I am not 100% sure on that one

The Kissbox uses a proprietary thread on the battery. This threading ONLY mates with the Kissbox automatic or manual switch.

The KB atomizer is a penstyle atomizer. You can use most any penstyle battery with the atomizer, but you will not be able to use the KB switches. Go ahead and try it; you will understand.
Oh I see, well I will stick with my Janty Stick then :D unless the Cameo is killer :D

JantyStick batt is an unprotected 10440 (AAA) 3.7v Li Ion batt - not much special about it.

I will say from what I've read here that the Janty batt is better/last longer than what people have gotten from DealExtreme and such.

I would see if a good camera store would have some of these 10440.

$0.02

PS - Janty Stick warranty might be void if you use other batts. perhaps that is the proprietary aspect of the deal.
