Where is the correct place to post to give away some eliquid, not really a contest, just some liquid I am not using that maybe someone in need can use.

Best thing to do is post it in the new members forum before you can't post here anymore. Or just look at posts from new members. That's how I find people to PIF my stuff to.
You could look through the WTB in the classifieds, there used to be a couple of threads where people were looking for equipment and juice at low to no cost to help out groups of people who could'nt afford it. If those threads are still there they might be pretty far back in the list. There is also Pay It Forward - PIF I've never used it, you'll have to figure out how it works.

I posted a link earlier today about an emergency "need juice" thread where people in dire straits can request juice. Mods deleted it and I can't find it though.

Those websites usually sell sampler packs. I'm only 26 days analog free and haven't ventured outside of my comfort zone (Turkish tobacco) either. I agree with what everyone is saying. It is very wasteful and very expensive to throw away so much e-juice. Go to your local store if you have one and see if they will let you sample. I'm going to start trying the sample packs myself. I was given a coupon for a free 15 ml bottle of french vanilla coffee. I kept it in a drawer and have plans to donate it to someone else. I didn't like the flavor even after it steeped.
