I have to agree with the jalapeno voters, here.
WE doesn't bother me as I like that spicy flavor. Backwood Brew's Casablanca has that same hot pepper flavor to me as well as Vaperite's tobacco flavor (except their VR4, which is all that and a bag of caramel tobacco chips) .

I absolutely hate licorice flavor, and if I sensed even a touch of it in WE, I wouldn't touch it.
Makes me wonder if different lots of WE are made with ingredients from different suppliers, and thus the taste/ perception difference between people.

When me and some friends and family were watching the Superbowl this weekend I brought a few of my eGo Ts with me and a few flavors of juice. I had BWB applewood, FSUSA Wyatt Earp ,Ultra Menthol and a few others. Everyone wanted the Wyatt Earp. By the end of the game they all said they were going to buy a eGo-T and some Wyatt Earp juice. They did enjoy the other flavors but they kept going back to the WE. I use the BWB applewood the most myself, but do enjoy WE as a change.

forgot to add, my nephew talked me out of my 1/2 bottle of Wyatt Earp, so I reordered some today

This thread inspired me to pull my bottle of WE out of the cupboard and try it again. It has steeped for at least 3 weeks since I last tried it.

The verdict: The flavor has grown in complexity, adding some substantial undertones to the primary flavor. However, that primary flavor is still fairly Jalapeno-esque, albeit not so "green" and stark as before. I don't hate it. If I was stuck away from home and this was my only bottle of juice, I would not cringe as I vaped it to get my nicotine fix. However, its popularity is still pretty perplexing to me.
