Anyone else had problems with DietSmokes?

DietSmokes.com - what's the deal? Since I started vaping 6 months ago, I've ordered juice from Johnson Creek, Liquid Express, Breeze Smokes, eliquid Planet, Freedom2Vape, Halocigs, House of Vapor, Mad hatter, My vapor Store, True Vapor, Vapor4Life, Vapor Country, and Vapor Talk... and never had ANY problems. Some juice I liked and some I didnt.

But Dietsmokes is a different story. What a cluster.......

I had an order that was never delivered, had to contest it with the credit card company.

Now my friend (who I turned onto Dietsmokes and who has placed 10 orders with the guy )on order #9 he shorted her (got 2 10 ml bottles when she ordered 15 ml bottles), then she placed a LARGE order on 4/30/2010 that never came. She emailed Parked (16 times, never one response), called the number on the credit card statement, Parked called back and promised to resend it overnight the next day and it has never come. She has now called him 11 times with no answer.

Are these guys out of business? Are they Legit? Is there a secret handshake or password to get these guys to deliver the stuff?

I must be an idiot. After all of the problems I had with them on my first order (which were never resolved by the way), I got desperate for some Cool Rush liquid and since Liquid Express was temporarily out of stock I sent off to Dietsmokes thinking to myself "how bad can they screw up one bottle of juice?". Well big surprise, they even managed to send me the wrong bottle of liquid (24mg instead of the 18mg I ordered) and now they won't after my emails after lying and saying that they would replace it.

Please don't ever order anything from them if you expect to get what you paid for or any semblance of customer service because you won't get it!:mad:

Just a heads up for those that might be unaware parker is in the hospital with his dad which could be cause for the delay

I was unaware of this when I made my last post. Even so I still got a confirmation today that my replacement shipment was on the way. I regret now that I was so harsh...:(

I got a hold of Parker. Though they are not the best at getting back to customers, he did help me and resolved my issue. It seems some of these small ecig companies are getting overloaded due to increased popularity.

I hope this stuff really hits mainstream hard, it will greatly decrease the chances of the FDA/ALA banning it!

news to me... i bought my first eGo from them... it was defective and they replaced it immediately. I had a new one in my hands before I mailed the old one back... parked also took a lot of time talking to me via phone and email... my impression was they were taking off...

I am sorry to hear about these complaints...

:mad: I got my replacement shipment from Dietsmokes finally and guess what? They sent me the same wrong product that they sent me the first time. This time was even worse, it was an insult! They were supposed to be sending me a bottle of Cool Rush 18mg to replace the incorrect 24mg bottle that they sent me the first time. They sent me ANOTHER 24mg bottle with the 24mg printing on the label covered with green magic marker and "18mg" written on the front of the label, like I wouldn't notice, un-be-lievable! If it actually WAS 18mg liquid I would be ok with it, but it's not. Cool Rush is my every day liquid so I know immediately if something is off and I knew right away that the new bottle was 24mg not 18.
This is just ridiculous, the way Dietsmokes treats their customers is shameful. I'll NEVER be desperate enough to order ANYTHING from them again, and you shouldn't either if you value your hard-earned money, or your sanity...
