I was wondering what the average time is from ordering to delivery for FSUSA. I had placed an order on Oct 13th and it was "pending" till today. Is this normal?

Sounds like maybe something in your order was out of stock? My last order from them was pending for 2 days before it got shipped.
I've received my orders from FSUSA in four days. One time was five days. From AZ to MI. My orders were for common flavors, like RY4, Apple, Caramel, and Nut Mix. Don't know why yours is taking so long, but you should email David and Pam to find out.
It's said that FSUSA mixes everything after it is ordered, but no, this is not normal. I ordered from their 30ml sale this past Saturday evening and got it today in the mail.
Who knows? They may have run out of a required ingredient for your order. But on the other hand they are also always VERY good at communicating the status of my previous orders. I'd guess you experienced an anomally.

Thanks for the replys. I've only been at this for a little over a month and I'm still testing out different flavors and vendors.
I'll be sure to contact them tomorrow about it. From the emails that I got it went from pending to processing at 1pm today, then to shipping at 4:45pm. Thanks again guys.
I actually got one just after 5pm but it was sent to my spam folder for some reason.(silly yahoo mail).
They are getting so busy these days that one or two days extra (compared to the old days) might be something we should all expect now. But still worth it!!!
I guess good things take time. UPS is slow. I am waiting for an order too. I know Vaporheads.net uses express shipping for only 6.95 which I received two days after ordering , but I wanted to try other vendors juices.
I also ordered Saturday and received it today.

I ordered early in the morning and it was ready for shipping later that day. I think they hired more people so now orders are going out faster.
I have always received my order from FSUSA in 4-5 days. What did you order? juice? Hardware?
I have only ordered from FSUSA once and it was a pretty acceptable order time considering the fact that they make to order so i was pretty impressed!! I want to order from them again only thing i dont know what i should get!!!
