City Smoking Laws to be Reviewed - Fremont, CA Patch

E-cigarette opponents almost certainly will contact Fremont City staff and urge them to ban e-cigarette use (by redefining smoking to include the use of e-cigarettes).

According the Fremont City Manager's Office...

The public comment period will be announced when the issue appears on the agenda for the following Tuesday's meeting
The agendas are put out on the prior Thursday, so that is apparently what we want to monitor.

So the agenda for the Tuesday, September 18th meeting will be available on Thursday, September 13th.
