I did a very amateur review of the GG Trans, about a month after I received it, so I could be fair and just.

I had NOT cleaned the GG on purpose prior to the review to get a fair opinion on the GG for lazy vapers like me...

There was no misfiring, in fact, I would have been hard pushed to find any small thing to complain about.

I was so pleased with it, I bought a second hand GG Grant from a friend, so I could own one of those too, and it was one without an upgraded button, and I still cant find anything to complain about..

Yes, you have to clean them, of course you do, as you do with most ecigs, if you dont you are asking for trouble, but with proper usage, and a regular clean once a month, the GG range will serve anyone really well..

Imeo, you dont need people to review your products, quality speaks for itself ! ..

There was a nice review done in French previously by Eclipse of the GGT, where he compared the GGT to different Mods, and ended up preferring the GGT


Here it is:

Puisqu’ont lui pose souvent la question de savoir quel était son MOD préféré, il nous les présente et nous soumets ses avis positifs et négatifs sur chacun d’eux.

Quand au volume de fumée, ceci dépend essentiellement de l’atomiseur utilisé, il va donc passer aussi les commentaires.

Il nous fait juste part de son avis personnel quand à l’utilisation de ces mods.

Point positif: De petite taille et très discret – Fonctionne très bien et de façon régulière – Autonomie très correct (2 changements d’accus par jour en utilisation intensive.
Point négatif : Impossible ou très difficile de se procurer un switch lorsque celui-ci vient à lâcher – Switch un peu dure à manipuler – Utilisable qu’en 3.7v

LE PRODIGY :
Point positif : Taille moyenne mais sait se faire oublié – Fonctionne très bien et de façon régulière – Autonomie très correct (2 changements d’accus par jour en utilisation intensive – Switch très agréable à manipuler – Fonctionne en 3.7v ou 6v
Point négatif : Impossible ou très difficile de se procurer un switch lorsque celui-ci vient à lâcher – L’impression de qualité de fabrication est moyenne bien que je n’ai encore eu aucun problème à ce jour.

LE SILVER BULLET
Point positif : Switch très agréable à utiliser – utilisation en 6v ou 3.7v – Très bonne impression de qualité de fabrication - – Autonomie très correct (2 changements d’accus par jour en utilisation intensive.
Point négatif : taille et poids assez important, on sent bien dans quelle poche de veste il se trouve – Le switch, je ne sais pas comment il est fait puisqu’on n’arrive pas à l’ouvrir. Je ne sais pas non plus s’il sera facile de s’en procurer un nouveau – Un peu trop puissant en 6v, les saveurs sont systématiquement dénaturées.

LE GGT
Points positifs : Alors là, je suis scotché, il est entièrement démontable pour pouvoir l’utiliser en 3v, 3.7v ou 6v, il accepte presque toutes les batteries – Le switch est d’une simplicité déconcertante, impossible de tomber en panne – De taille moyenne, il se fait vite oublié – Très bonne impression de qualité de fabrication – Autonomie très correct (2 changements d’accus par jour en utilisation intensive.
Points négatifs : Switch proéminant et beaucoup trop sensible, impossible de mettre le mod dans la poche sans le verrouiller sinon, gare aux dégâts


Mon préféré ?
1) le GGT malgré son affreux switch pas pratique du tout mais terriblement efficace et de qualité incontestable.
2) Le prodigy pour sa taille sa puissance
3) Le Protégé pour sa taille et sa puissance (en 3.7v)
4) Le SB pour son impression de robustesse et sa puissance

In his review, Eclipse is dazzled by the GGT, especially by its design, size , simplicity, built quality...

Knowing that the GGTS is built from the same high grade Aluminum of the last GGT batch and knowing that the GGTS, that is the evolution of the GGT, has way more features and options that the GGT, it is more than clear that the French review was ill driven and badly motivated, not to mention done by amateurs who know not much about e-cigs.

Just by the look at the pictures posted by Eclipse of the GGT, one will wonder what did this so-called reviewer on the French site do to that GGTS to make it look like this, and why didn't he simply wipe it off to make it new again, and what motivates him to put such pictures on his website and restrict his whole review to a superficial aspect that he created.
