I've been waiting for a flash player update from Fedora for a while now, with nothing coming down the pipeline via the repositories. Did a bit of digging, and found this rather nice plugin that allows Firefox users in Linux to install a wrapper that allows you to use the Pepper Flash plugin in Firefox. Should be a bit more secure than relying on Adobe's Flash Player.

Check your repo first to see if it's been ported (for Fedora, it's in the postinstallerf repos).

Works pretty darned good, too. Even on sites that check for the "Windows" version of Flash Player and refuse to play for the older Linux versions.
