The places I've found and bought cartos from, have had them on Clearance...getting rid of old stock! The tanks have been in the same category on their websites - Clearance.

Gotta edit that about the tanks: 99% of them have been in Clearance. The UD Youde AGR Cartomizer Tank (made especially for the flangeless cartos) was just on Sale for $9.99, down from $12.99. It's a really neat, unique tank, by the way. Holds the carto firmly in place, and it can't spin around at all in the tank! Comes with 2 sizes of replacement tanks - 1 for the short cartos that are 35mm, and 1 for the longer 45mm cartos.

Pretty much all the gear I've gotten has been from clearance pages, lol. I did find some Smok cartos a couple of weeks ago that met my criteria on clearance somewhere and I bought them out. That was only 40 of them though.

I ordered a bunch of standard size from mt baker, I'll take what I can find at this point. Thanks for that one. My dad uses the same set-up and I'm his supplier. Still looking over the tank options. I'm leaning toward the RBA route....given the current FDA situation. Don't mind the expense of buying coils but who knows what the industry will look like in 2 years. Thanks for all the suggestions.

@golferx - If you're going with an RBA of some sort...but you're not quite ready to learn coil building yourself, you could buy the prewrapped coils in your desired resistances. You just need to wick them and install them. I got several boxes of 100 in my preferred resistances from Vapes.com, for $17.99 per box. They sometimes have a coupon code for additional savings, too! Might want to check them out.

Or FastTech also sells prewrapped coils, too, in a variety of resistances. But, you may want to shy away from non-US vendors for awhile until we see how it goes now as far as getting things from them.

Somewhere out there
History has a way of almost repeating itself with this Kanger Tank.
Kanger PANGU clearomizer
I just got it in today. Reminds me of a carto tank for sure.
P.S. The pangu is a newer offering by Kangertech.

I'm gong to try my tank tomorrow.
I'm anxious to hear how you like it, been wanting to try one. Just haven't bought one.

I' trying it now. A quick first impression only. I'm running some Madvapor 60/40 The zombie thru the tank using the MTL carto1.5 ohm which registers at 1.65 ohms. First thing is the non replaceable drip tip. I don't care for. I'm going to use this tank only for MTL. The carto thing really looks like old school cartos for years ago. The hit is okay and I get a open airy draw/hit with this tank. I like a open airy hit. It does not have the ability to adjust airflow.

It is so simple to use that I might keep this in my stash. I'm running it at 19W. The flavor is good. Just a hint better than a aspire nautilus. I don't know if it would be worth buying if you already had a nautilus. I'm curious if a regular carto can fit in this. LOL I have some old (new) cartomizers somewhere. I might try and punch them to see if this would work.
