Hello, I bought some juices in 3:03:11 and did not arrive until now. In the e-cig forum said Brazil to check on the usps site, but there appears nothing on the tracking number LJ855884926US, I wonder if it was actually sent.

i live in CANADA and have had to wait up to 4 weeks for an order before. one order from another vendor was stuck in richmond for over a month during the olympics

E-cigs are banned in Brazil... maybe it's held in customs.

You you try airmail instead of EMS to evade customs easier.

While shipping with USPS Priority International is the most economical means of shipping packages it does have some drawbacks in that it does not provide any actual tracking outside of the U.S. borders. If we could find a cheaper means of shipment and one that provided tracking information, we'd gladly switch.

Shipping times is another issue. And a LOT of people are ordering from countries whose customs departments are scrutinizing packages MORE frequently. This is completely out of our control. We try to be as discreet in terms of declaring these items without fabricating a flat out lie. (we will not do this).

Packages have taken anywhere from 7 days to 5 weeks. And sadly, completely out of our control, no matter WHO we use to ship. About the ONLY means of shipping that isn't getting heavily scrutinized, is EMS, which charges TWICE what we do at present.

Makes me thankful that I'm in the US! Look at a bright side to delayed arrival as steeping time! But I feel for you. Hope it arrives soon!
