Hi, Sama. I'm doubtful that the eliquid is to blame - it's only a couple of weeks out of date. I vape eliquid that's two years old with no issue. Did you get sick all of a sudden, or have you been feeling badly since you started vaping that juice? If the former, highly unlikely that the juice factors in. If the latter, you may be reacting to one of the ingredients - so stop vaping it. Might I suggest that you drink lots of fluids and rest? If you aren't feeling better in a day or so, perhaps a call to your doctor is in order.

There are a lot of stipulations on whether e juice actually has an expiration date and how much longer it can actually last. My best bet is trying a little more research. I have a Juicy Fruit juice and a Snicklefritz juice that were on a shelf for about a year and I took it upon myself to vape it and had no problem. Flavor was slightly lost but no side effects like what you said. Below is a link I found that may help but I will do more research to figure this out

Too much nicotine can give you the spitz, but I've never heard of juice causing that problem except when someone was allergic to an ingredient in the flavoring.
Did you drink the bottle? Otherwise I think that is unrelated to vaping an "expired" bottle of e liquid.
As others have said, I'd say you have picked up a bug and it's nothing to do with the juice.
The only thing I'm aware of as ejuice gets older is that the nicotine oxidizes and gets darker in color.

The expiration date on food is complete and utter BS, so I'm thinking the same goes for unregulated e-juice

Actually I'd suspect the nic level is too high; nicotine stimulates peristalsis, and also mutes the appetite. Too much peristalsis = ........ and possibly abdominal pain and nausea.
