where I bought the first disposable, to the last analog I smoked the next day, to the big box pharmacy where I got a second disposable, back to the gas station for a crappy starter kit and back again for the 5 pack of cartos, then once more to a disposable (this one was quite good), finally to my 510 kit which arrived today (pleasantly quick shipping!).

It's been a whirlwind of a week without a single conventional cigarette, or much in the way of a memorable vape experience either. A lot of different products in my mouth--but no tobacco! Yay for me, after 35 years. It seems to be a common story across the peeps here; " I just thought I'd give it a spin..."

It was just a lark, an impulse purchase that warbled the right tune when my lungs hurt so badly. Almost a week in and I'm just now having analog cravings, but there's no need to go there. vaping isn't smoking.

Actually it's a little more complicated, so I offer mad thanks to the veterans here and on youtube whose many opinions we newbs can wade through to find a foothold to a healthier step in life. There is a learning curve. We're not afraid of learning.

Congrats and keep it up. You may go through some slight cravings here and there, but if you've made it this far... Then you just have to tell yourself that you can keep going. I haven't had an analog since Aug 12, 2011. Sometimes I don't even vape. Now if I forget my PV, I don't sweat it... Totally over the smoking thing. Maybe even the vaping thing soon. Good luck to you!

Another congrats and welcome.

I'm in my 3rd week of vaping... the analog cravings are definitely starting to decrease for me. There was one instance at about my 1 1/2 week mark where, out of the blue, I craved an analog really, really badly. I didn't cave, instead stuck to my vape, and eventually it passed. Each time you do this, it gets easier and less intense. Just keep at it!
