I think the point Jo was making Tommy is that these bans (falling in line to cigarette banning) is something where not a hell of a lot can be done-in the short term, it is their prerogative-and using the BMA as an authoratative oracle has made their job easy, if
vaping falls under medical classification I still dont think that anyone who runs a public service or owns a private establishment where the public are 'the customer' will give any thought to removing these bans-NRT that you dont 'exhale' will be welcomed I'm sure. A regular commuter will be on a train for maybe 15-30 minutes ? -I can hold in a p*sh for longer than that !
And as for ASH-Jo has pointed out that their goalposts are constantly on the move-and yes they want to play 'nurse' with ecigs as well of course.
