Frosted Oatmeal Cookie?

I bought a Frosted Oatmeal Cookie eliquid from Tasty Vapors in Oakland and it tasted exactly like it.

Does anyone have a recipe that taste just like a frosted oatmeal cookie?

Just a head's up, LA Cream Cheese Icing has Acetyl Propionyl, which tests seem to suggest is as bad as Diacetyl in terms of health risks.
