Frozen Juice

Hmm, that doesn't seem right. Freezing point of VG is around -36F. My VCV came last week--it was like -5F and colder then--no freezing. Super cold and thick-like, but not frozen. I'd shoot them an email, as well as letting those bottles warm up to room temp and see what happens. That totally sucks, boo 
Maybe it is just super cold and thick. The bottles are bulging a bit and very hard so I assumed it was frozen. I figured I was lucky they hadn't burst. I am hopeful that it only needs to warm up a bit and won't be affected.
I hope that's the case. VCV seems to fill those bottles right to the brim. The bottles will feel "solid" before you open them b/c they're so full, especially if they're cold like that. Funny, I found vaping in the winter here (subzero temps and all that this year up this way), so all my juice from many vendors comes to me nice and cold. None have suffered adverse affects, as far as I can tell.
It shouldn't hurt your liquids. Just let them warm to room temp, shake them up really well then use them. If they need steeping/aging, go ahead and do what you normally do before vaping them. I keep extra favorites in the refrigerator then bring them out and let them steep for a couple of days before caping them back up. About the time I finish a 50ml bottle, the one that I brought out is ready to vape.
a few times at work its dipped down past -20f and my juice hasn't frozen but became really really really thick. i was able to take a few drags but it wouldnt wick very well. after the stuff warmed up it was fine and didn't affect the flavor
