Frustrated with my vape, need help

4 weeks ago, after 6 weeks of not smoking analogs, I couldn't take it anymore and bought a e-cig (Green Smart Living) and loved it. I've been buying those prefilled carts, quite expensive (2-5 pack for $25) which they don't last me a week. Some carts are ok, some barely have any nicotine. I went on ECF and did as much reading as I could when I decided to buy a PV, better, less charging, more satisfying (I vape sometimes like crazy just to get a good TH), to control my own nicotine level, etc. (I've been one of those 2 pack/day smoker for 35 years and loved!!!!!! smoking). I decided to get the ego, standard kit. Came in incomplete, when I used the atty w/the cart from another starter kit I bought at some local store, has an awful taste. If I use the old atty I had it tastes better. They sent me a pack of 5 atomized carts, I tried one, nothing, no taste, no vape. Tried the second, the same. E-mailed them, no response yet after 7 hours and I desperately want a good vape. My starter kit had 2 batts(came w/1), 2 attys (taste awfull and my throat hurts, but not w/my old), 2 chargers (got 1), 2 cones (got none), 1 pack(5) carts, no manual, no case. Even w/what I got, I should have been able to try it, but how? The atomized carts have nothing, the attys came w/empty cart (no white stuff in there to put juice). I ordered 1 pass through batt., 1 LR atty, 1 Joye 510 atty & cone, 1 5-pack Boge cartomizers and 20 ml juice. None of these received. I don't want to say the name of the supplier yet, I want to give them a chance to correct the problem, but what do I do w/what I got so far? (Supplier recommended on this site numerous times, btw). I read on this site until my eyes crossed, I don't have too much time on my hands (busy working mom). Please advise me from here. What else should I have ordered? I'm tired of vapind on my expensive carts. I bought some Imperial juice a while ago to go w/the cheap starter kit (Imperial, which was not that cheap afterall, paid $55 and is broken), trying to use that (24mg) w/the Imperial carts and Imperial atty w/the eGo I got. I'm so frustrated and so much money out of pocket. Please help.

Hopefully the vendor will fix you up, but in the meantime, you can refill the carts with the juice you have by dripping into the battery end of the cartomizer. When you get drops out the top, its full. Wipe it down carefully and you should be good to go. It also sounds like some of the cartomizers (atomized carts) may be empty, you can try dripping some juice into those. The wife and I regularly refill cartomizers, saves a TON of money and when the atty goes out, you can just toss it for a new one.

It could be that your atty hasn't been cleaned out. It comes with a bunch of gunk on the atty.

I'm really sorry you're having so many problems and only received half of your kit. If you don't here from them soon, I'd be tempted to return it. Most of the recommended vendors on here have some kind of warranty.

I'm not much help with attys but I'm sure someone here can help you.

Way way less money out of pocket than paying for the real cigs if you just buy about 4-6 of the Ego Batts and a bunch of LR Atty's and a couple of drip tips and some Booge cartos. One thing you should always have back up especially if you have just quite smoking not to long ago, same with juice have a couple of spare bottles. If the supplier isn't contacting you then post the name of them there is nothing wrong with this if your not getting any customer service, a good supplier should be all over this if you have contacted them many of times with no response at all, I would give them until tomorrow and I would also call them, any good supplier offers a phone number too, beware of ones that don't.

I'm sorry to hear that you been so frustrated w/ your experience so far. Hopefully the supplier will get back to you soon and everything will work out fine.

As for the atty that you rec'd w/ your incomplete starter kit, did you blow out the primer on the new attys? New attys come w/ primer on them, so that might be the nasty taste you are getting. The cart (mouth piece) that comes w/ the atty is normally empty w/ no filler. Was there any filler on the 5 pack atomizer cart? So right now, you have no juice right? I'm understanding that your 20ml juice is on the way? Is the 5 pack atomizer cart blanks or prefilled w/ juice? I think it's ok to post which company you order from. Also I think most starter kit only come w/ 1 charger. (usually 1 usb fast charger ,and a 1 usb to wall adapter)
