I am getting so frustrated with finding a flavor I like I'm even thinking about analogs again ? I DO NOT want to do that but this is driving me nuts. Out of all the flavors I've tried I only like one and I'm starting to get burned out on it. Which don't make sense because I smoked the same brand for about 20 years ? I'm having so much fun with the hobby side of it, with building coils and trying the different builds and don't get me started on the "gadget" aspect of it, LoL. I go to my local B&M and try flavors there and choose one get home and about an hour later I don't like it ? I will admit after leaving them for a while they do taste better. I just ordered from a company that most seem to like but out of the 3 I got.....unless they get better with time ?

I just miss being able to walk in ANY store and get what I like. Why can't they be good for you, LoL

I've been using Nicorette gum more than anything lately when I'm running around but it don't work if I'm just sitting around ?

Everyone was happy with how good this juice was for the price. Is there somewhere that costs more but is better, or do they all kinda taste the same with little differences ?

You should start thinking about DIY, I get sick of many of the flavors my local B&M sold and began mixing, I can make juice taste like anything I think I am in a mood for and even make off the wall mixes that places will not sell such as extreme mentholated orange, and pine flavored lime... The list goes on and on. But hang in there my friend, you will find a great flavor that becomes your all day vape and you will stick with it. Best luck to you.

If ya can, vape thru your 'bakky urges. Da most difficult aspect of vaping is finding a couple (if not more) of fav flavs! Ya gotta keep dem t-buds happy, off guard and give 'em time to regenerate.

Just remember, your t-buds are lookin' fer relief from your past 'abuse'. Dey won't recover over night (noted your Feb '14 date).

If ya need nic gum, ya might want to up your nic level.

Good luck! Just tryin' to help...

ETA: As fer DIY, first find out which flav genre ('bakky/fruits/berries/desserts/savories/etc) sates your t-buds before investing in a DIY $tart up lab!

I am still trying flavors. Most, I find flavorless or close to it. But, I am not smoking.

To help me with flavoring, I got some of the flavorings that I think have potential. I add another 4-5%. It works.

The joy of a hobby is finding something that I appreciate (vaping over smoking). Then building with it. It takes time. I really like the samplers that I can choose the flavors. Its a fun hobby. I respect it and I appreciate it.

I have about 7 flavors in my daily rotation because I get bored with any one flavor during the day. I DIY so it's pretty simple for me to make what I want or think I want. So far it's worked really well. Your taste buds will change for quite some time, you didn't mention how long you've been vaping, so don't throw anything out yet you may like those juices later. I vaped on one tobacco juice forever it seemed and have only recently tired of it and now find myself more interested in bakery styled juices so be aware that your taste will change as you vape. I still like a fresh fruit vape too. Like I said I like to keep 7 flavors in rotation just to keep it interesting.

I went through many vendors trying to find my all day vape. A total of 35 vendors and all have fell short of amazing. I am at 16 weeks vaping and boy was there changes I went through that made me wanna go back to analogs. Don't worry and keep searching, you will find the one. Once you do you will have there e-liquid in large amounts, I know I do. As for vapers tongue its something we all go through and it will pass. Diy juice is something also that's fun. Also about the brick and mortar stores I have yet to find a good one with good juice. I went online and went crazy searching. There are better juices out there .

Vaping is not smoking.

Most people need to keep a rotation of flavors or else they suffer from vaper's tongue (can't taste anything; temporary).

You're tastebuds will return within a few months (usually), and everything will be new and exciting ;)

When I started vaping, everything was too sweet; now I need some sweetness to the liquid and enjoy everything from tobacco, fruit blends and bakery. I researched through several threads and sub-forums here, asked questions from others, and I was lucky to find some quality vendors on my initial foray into vaping, and I am still buying from those vendors today. But those vendors matched my needs, and some blew my expectations and made me realized that what I wanted wasn't what I needed or really wanted -- just what I thought I wanted/needed. And I know that those vendors were quality, because I have since tasted liquid from other vendors that were... horrible, to be polite.

But taste is subjective, and some liquids from those quality vendors didn't do it for me (and were recommended to me), but others have become daily drivers, and a year later are still in daily rotation.

Since vaping isn't as easy as smoking, it's easy to dismiss, easy to walk away from and head back to what you know. Take some time, relax, find some active, social threads here and ask from pointed questions as to what you're looking for. Yes, vendor fanboys will flock and try to sway you; some will prove right, some will prove wrong for you. But only you know.

I wish you luck, and it sounds like you're serious about quitting smoking. Just don't give up on finding some likable, enjoyable elquid that will work for you.

i can completely understand where you are coming from. I had the same problems at first, found something that i seemed to really like only to find that a couple months down the road, it just wasnt cutting it anymore. Best advice is to branch out and order some sample packs from some places and order some things that you wouldn't normally get. Try something out of your normal comfort zone. The best flavor I have right now is one that was given to me by a friend that I kinda shrugged off and tossed to the side. Couple weeks later i decided to try it have now reordered it 3 times in 60ml bottles. It is a fruity mix of something, which I tend to lean more towards tobacco flavors and prob never would have ordered it to try. Now I have some of it all the time.

Almost everything tasted way to subtle to me at first, except something pretty strong like menthol or cinnamon. Took a while to really begin to taste well, and yes, it was discouraging.

What you're vaping on - both PV and topper - can make a difference too. As well as the temperature of the vape - hopefully you have variable volts or wattage to play with....changing flavors frequently helps too.

Let us know how it's going!

Bro I have the exact same issue, everyone is raving about the newest flavor from the local shop and are buying 100mls, so everytime I pickup a bottle and blahhhhh, nothing special usually not even vapeable. So I decided to give vapeoholic juice a try and omg it's like night and day, none of that artificial almost chemically taste to it, and this is right out of the mail. They ask what u use to vape it and will recommend a ratio but u can request any ratio as well as literally any nic not just the 3-6-12 stuff. Once u order it they make it fresh right then and send it out within 4 days so it's fresh. Same price as my local shop 50 cents/ml so I found my juice and love it but I know exactly where u are cuz I just felt it before finding them. If u want info or flav recommendations just let me know

I would LOVE to be able to switch flavors through the day BUT I can't find any besides the 1 that I can even stand. I had some that I got when I first started buying juice about 2 months ago and they do taste better. I wouldn't say good just better.

Right now I'm dripping in an Omega on a Chi You clone. I'm REALLY having a lot of fun with the coils, watching videos and reading a crap ton of stuff. It's when it comes to vaping....I was okay with having the 1 flavor but now it's getting old. I think I vape a lot......about 10ml's a day of 6mg in my dripper. I have 12-18-24mg that I got when I was using my Ego's, which I still take with me when running around, but lately I've just been using the gum. Kinda hard to vape on a motorcycle, LoL.

Thanks so much for all the support !!

There are very few foods I wouldn't get burned out on fast... maybe potato chips and pop would be the exception but that's about all I can think of. An example of one that I wouldn't just get burned out on but would be nauseating would be cheesecake. Just sayin... I was a smoker. Smoke is neutral and, well, smokey. So that's what I looked for in a flavor and found it. I fill in with food flavors to avoid vaper's tongue but compared to my tobacco/smoke ADV they're minimal. I didn't eat ALL day... I did smoke ALL day.

I would suggest mrgoodvape.com. Karma Kreme and Moonsugar are flavors that you will never get tired of. I vaped a 30ml bottle in like 2 or 3 days... Doh! Smh

James, love that moonsugar too. Just ordered more a couple of days ago!! You have good taste. <wink>

Kracker, what type of flavors do you like? Maybe we could give you some vendor suggestions. Do you like fruity, bakery, tobacco, etc. I'm sure someone will come with suggestions for you. Maybe that nic gum is making the flavors taste strange. Quit chewing for a day or two and vape and see if the flavors improve for you. I noticed when I take certain medications it throws off the taste of juice. Maybe you drive a car if you can't vape on the motorcycle...just kidding. I know that's not going to happen with Summer coming.
