This is me blowing off steam. There is a certain company out there, I'm being nice for now and saying the name..not yet. I ordered and paid for a 510 manual battery. IT DOES NOT WORK! Never did..I called several times and left nice messages, I emailed then and left nice messages. I'm sick of not getting a return call/message, anything. AHHH..thanks for listening/reading! 8-o

Go to the supplier review forum and post your experience there. Don't be afraid to name names. If this shop is not providing proper customer service, then other potential customers deserve to know about it so they can stay clear of it.

Sorry for your mishap - that is very poor service. Suppliers need to understand that customers come first and communication is important!
