So I read up to the post where you said you were using Samsung's. It's the battery, too small. I have the same device and battery. I also have the VTC4 & 5, and the red LG's. For some reason the Sony's and LG fit snug as a bug, but my blue Samsung needed help. What I do is I placed the thinnest atty O ring I had and placed it in between the bottom of the battery and the switch. That fixed the samsung issue for me.

I agree with the other posters in that your resistance sounds off. Dual coils with 22awg, 5 wraps in any sort of rda or RTA would have to be 0.22Ω or below and that is basically filling the entire build deck for a 22mm atty. 0.4Ω sounds right for one coil, but not a dual setup.
