So a while ago I posted about my concern about the stock tactile switch that's installed in the Stinger
So instead of installing a more robust switch, I decided to go full mechanical. The switch is definitely not very pretty but considering my tools (drill as a makeshift lathe, Dremel, flies and sandpaper), at least functionality, it turned out pretty well. I would have preferred to have a two piece tube design but I couldn't get a nylon insert with a large enough diameter. Instead, I milled down some PVC pipes to fit
I tested it out with the Kick for a while before I turned it over to straight battery and the thing is working great. Just thought I'd share since it's the first modding I've ever done
