So, yesterday I reach for one of my trusty GoTo Kamel cartos. 5 puffs later, nothing. Tried and tried, no dice.

Okay I say to myself, battery change time. So I put it on a freshly charged battery. 5 puffs later, nada, again.

So I figured I grabbed a less than optimal battery, tried again, same thing.

This cartomizer wasn't getting even really warm but I figured out what must be happening. As the element was heating up it expanded just enough that it separated and left me with an open circuit. I can still use it, but I have to wait >5 minutes every 4 drags.

I will finish this carto but it may take a while. :D:D:D

A few days ago I received a box of Cowboy 18 caromizers, and only two of them were vapable. Two of them, I swear, were empty, and one of them was POURING juice. I also have a recently ordered Peach caromizer that won't work no matter what. It seems to be empty...but it smells like peach. I guess these things just happen.......

There is some inconsistency with the filling in some of the cartos I get. I noticed that in a few Cowboy premiums, too. Not a huge deal really, spin, blow or top them off a bit and keep vaping.

Inconsistency in the machining and assembly of the carto itself is a bit more frustrating, since there is not a lot you can do to fix a cold solder, detached atomizer or missing threads.

Despite all that, V4L's failure rate is exceptionally low when all is said and done.

Thinking back, there was inconsistency of product with major brand cigs, too. Even with automated computer-controlled robotic assembly, the best BT money can buy, some packs would be loosely packed, others too tight, different burn rates, and the occasional few that tasted more like ... than usual. :D

I have never seen that happen before, but I have gotten cartos that seem dry and have no flavor or vapor...I do a taryn spin and most times things are right on track again...try it :)

Hey! I tried that! One of the Cowboy Caromizers came to life. The peach one....spinning didn't do it....I took off the cap, looked inside, and barely touched the filling with a screwdriver (in other words, I did practically nothing to it). Put the cap back on, and now it works!! Thanks!

Don't lose that magic screwdriver!
