Try taking some dry pulls. Just like you're vaping, but don't push da' button. It will pull the juice up to coat the wick better. Hope that helps. I've had wicking issues with all types of cartos and oftentimes that resolves the issue. Good luck!

Cobra, you don't need to swirl and twist and tilt; this is bottom coil device, so all you need to do--in theory--is to take a couple of primer puffs (without activating battery) to get the air bubbles out of the tank and to force eliquid onto the coil.

That said, I've never seen a double decker before, so I have no experience with this particular model.

I heard somewhere that sometimes you have to take new cartos and "blow them out" with some clear alcohol (vodka, etc) to wash the coil and other junk in there. Air dry or carefully dry burn to dry, fill and puff a few times without inhaling to break it in. I'm new too, and my Vivi Nova was tasting pretty rank until I blew it out and short puffed it. After about 15 puffs it began to taste better.
