I'm planning on purchasing a Precise in 18650 very soon, perhaps the next week and while I am impressed with not only the look but some of the reviews its been getting I'm a little cautious.

I currently own a Joye eGo and a OmeGa, the Joye has been passed onto my wife as I've pretty much made the total switch to 6v vaping (vaping actually at about 4.5v with my HV attys). Now, I've run into a problem on the OmeGa that I'm afraid of seeing on a Precise. Specifically, airflow. I love the 510 atty for the expected reason, warm vapor production and lots of it, but because of this draw issue I'm actually getting the best results from an 808 Cartos with an adapter.

I've seen it mentioned that the Precise with its recessed connection has a tight draw, similar to the eGo cone. Well, I modified my cone on my eGo to loosen up the draw and am concerned I'm going to run into similar issues on the Precise (as I have with the OmeGa).

Is there an easy solution here? I'd prefer to run the 510 attys if at all possible but I feel like I'm trying to suck up an elephant. Does the Precise have this issue?

And I will add that I've used the standard 3.7 v set up with regular 510 attys as well, same issue.

I've only had one customer tell me the draw was tighter on the Precise then any other 510 out there.(doesn't mean there isn't others who haven't mentioned it). The atomizer doesn't bottom out on the Precise and theres adequate clearance between where the atomizer screws in for airflow(about .010). However, if you're concerned, just make a note on your order and ill open the juice well a few more thousandths for you for more airflow....easy peasy...

I can add that the air flow on the Precise is not like it is on the eGo. I have both and the eGo is much tighter than the Precise. Of course every atty does have the tendency to get a little tighter with use. They get cloggy especially if you use a lot of VG in your mix. Those are my observations anyway. Your mileage may vary.

I have owned just about every other mod made and the Precise is by far my best one. There are a few very close seconds out there but I find myself picking up the P16 most of the time. With the AW IMR paired up with a LR 510 and a T-tip its pure vaping bliss for me.

the draw is a little tighter compaired to some other mods IMO.
personally I don't think its enough to really worry about, but I guess others may think differently.
But if you're not happy it sounds like David will make it right for you.
The customer service from Super T is top notch!

2nd question... I've never had my SS-tip or any t-tip stick to my lips.
idk what you're talking about to be honest.

somewhere out there......
Mine came a little a tight but it was easy to make an adjustment with the center post by simply pushing the center post up just a little and the airflow was perfect after that. The airflow was okay when it came (not as tight as the eGo) but I wasn't getting enough airflow to my cartos... (which cause some leakage) but after the tiny adjustment, I rarely had any issues. I know I could have sent my P16 back to David but at the time he was still loaded down with preorders and I didn't want to slow him down by having to adjust a center post that I easily could do myself. Besides parting with my P16 is not an option. :) I love this little guy more than any PV I've got (beside the S6).

Ok, so I ordered it! Now I'm waiting... and I'm gonna hold my breathe. ;)[

I get my nicotine without having to mess around with anything...I just put a battery in and I'm good to go.
the only thing I did was add a washer to have a shorter button throw when I first got it....thats it.
the p16 is perfect for me....its just what I was looking for in a mod.

I'm still in love with the flat adapter...less bulk, looks better IMO, the atty hides and looks like its part of the mod.

I use IMR aw 16340's with the pila charger so no worries of overcharge or trickle charge.
I havn't been happier with my vaping setup...its perfect for me.

You nailed it with that statement! The P16 IMHO is the perfect PV. The LR 510 with the IMR AW batt and a wide mouth T tip. It just don't get much better!
