FW/Capella/ECX help

Im wanting to make some milkshake mixes and was needing help with what vanilla and chocolate flavors I should get with my ECX order.I plan on mixing them with the malted milk flavoring.I want to make two seperate bottles, vanilla shake and chocolate shake and need to know which company has best of each. ECX or FW or Capella? Thanks

I like the Capella's Fudge Brownie the best out of those choices. Equal parts of that with Capella's Double Chocolate should work fine for a nuanced chocolate. Chocolate is often a hard flavor for a company to get right. I also like ECX's Chocolate super concentrated but I prefer that one with other super concentrate flavors.

FA Chocolate is very rich. Italian approved. My Wife loves it.

Vanillas are tough. I've tried quite a few. The best luck I've had is Vanilla Tahiti by FA. It has to steep for at least 2 weeks. The trick is keep it at a low percentage. 2%

I have vanilla swirl from TFA but wanted to try something new,any suggestions on a good strawberry.A good strawberry milkshake mix would be nice

I like the Sweet Strawberry better than the S & C myself---you'll just have to try it out and let us know what you think. I would think the cream against milk but be too much milk and not enough strawberry but thats just me---it might be great.

Yes I have tried all the strawberries out there and I like Capella's sweet the best followed by FlavourtArt. Lately I've been dabbling with Nature's Flavors and will let you know if I try that one in strawberry. Whats nice about the Flavourart line is they are more potent and you can make juices at a lower percentage point. Whats nice about Nature's Flavors is they are organic and the ones I got so far are out of this world good after a steep.

ECX is going is going to be listing NF in the next few days as a new line.
