Everyone can pay for as many as they want, they will receive what they pay for.

As i said you can order as many as yo want to ..... UNLIKE other co-ops there is NO MAXIMUM, Only a minimum order of 50 units total. at last count I had approx 66 units spoken for. if you want 1 or 10, no problem. you send the money for that number of units and that is what you will receive.

ALSO I am including a syringe for each order if you have multipul G-tank-US ordered please indicate in paypal comments or shoot me a pm titled syringe, otherwise I will include one 6ml syringe with each order.

Syringe is a Bonus for everyone at my dime, so that the kit is complete. Nothing major, but I thought that after the building anticipation, I would throw in a little something extra.

Just got a phone call from Alex, the parts are done and will ship out UPS tomorrow. WOOOHOOOO
He said he is confident that these will meet my expectations, so when I get them in I will test fit them to the units I have bagged up and start the boxing process.

I recall you stating that you would post a guide on assembly for those of us who did not order it pre-assembled. Is that floating around somewhere, or is that coming?

Also, anyone have a list of parts we need to acquire? #400 (or equivalent) SS mesh, kanthal wire, gorilla glue, etc? Forgot where the post is about the replacement seal which can be acquired at ACE. Is that all we need to get this thing rolling?

If I remember correctly, Dan is gonna send out all units with two different sizes of o-rings.

Even with a thicker "O" ring I still had tank creep, I just found (especially with a full tank) the inertia from the weight of the tank and juice while moving it around caused it to weep (never had it completely loose seal)...while you all are gathering your GTUS gear (SS mesh and kanthal) get a couple 1/2" O.D. wave washers (a good hardware store will have them, got mine from a local industrial fastener co....in SS!)...set your tank, place the washer on top and screw the outer on...100% fix.

I never tried the larger o-rings, but I did have some slippage with the original o-rings. I started using the 6cc syringe, with no o-ring, and it has worked perfectly. No slippage and no leaking. You can also see how much juice is left. I've been using the same one for 2+ months with no issues at all.

Which reminds me...I found my little baggy of wave washers on my workbench about a week ago James and thought doh! ...knew I forgot something.

No worries, you will need them yourself, it would seem, in the near future. Those syringes really do work quite well as a fix, so I haven't needed the washers. I have dropped the thing several times and the syringe never moves and never leaks.

I bet a little bit of pipe thread would solve the leak problem... haven't tried it but, will..also, how about melting/sanding down with a drimmel the rubber O ring to get a better seal.
