Just received my new G4 carts and was really looking forward to using them. Unfortunatly, these were very disappointing. Filled the cart about half way and no vapor. Tried pushing the wading down and still hardly any vapor. Has anyone else been experiencing this same situation?
Thanks, Pacer

Yeah, I think that they are just lame. I wanted them to be amazing but they just weren't. Great concept, simple design but needs some work still to bring vapor production and flavor up to par. They might be better if they were low resistance. I'll save them for cinnamon juice, try them on my Infinity at a higher voltage and give them to my friends who are just starting to vape (as they are easy to use and fill). :(

I kinda like mine... Is there any fluid leaking into the lower chamber? It should kinda drip down into the lower block where the resistor is...

Actually, the only complaint I really have is that some 100% PG thinner juices drip too quickly and end up leaking... I don't have any problems with 80% PG/20% VG mixes.

Definitely check out what others say, though... I don't have much for comparison, honestly...

Hey
I just received these tonight.

I'm using the first one on a ProVari. Keep in mind, the experience will depend greatly on what device you're putting it on!

My ProVari shows the resistance at 3.9ohm!

That is VERY high, and I'm sure on a eGo or other 3.7v device, I'd be sucking wind with this (I've only tried one of the five I ordered, and I've read mixed reviews of some people experiencing leaking problems, and other problems on some of theirs, so take what I write with a grain of salt. If anyone's interested, I could repost my opinion after a few days, and after trying a few of them)

With my ProVari set to between 4.8 and 5.2v, I'm getting excellent vapor production, and a very warm vap. In fact, at 5.2, it's a little too warm!

At 4.8v, I'm really enjoying this. Not sure I'd take it out of the house, as it seems like it would leak if tipped over, but for around the house, on the computer, watching the boob tube... it's not bad! Not bad at all....

Hey, at $11 for five of them, if they all work like the first, and if I can refill them 3 or 4 times, it's pretty economical.

I tried the Vortex's when they first came out. The Vortex was basically the first run of the G4's for the exception that you could only get them in the 808's. If you like cold, flavorless vapor, then these are for you. I thought they were a total fail. I would love to see more reviews on the G4's. I'm still not convinced that they are up to par on usability, flavor, vapor, and TH. My Vortex's always leaked no matter what I did to prevent it. I still feel that China is using us as lab rats to "fix" the problems with their new inventions. I've gotten tired of throwing money down the drain because something is advertised as the newest and best on the market. I've learned to stick with what works for me and to read reviews PRIOR to purchasing anything just released.

I bought 5 boxes of Vortex and 3 of the G4. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING. Sorry for raising my voice, but I'm having a very different experience with the G4 than I did the Vortex. They may look the same and be based upon the same design, but they are not the same and comments should reflect that fact.

hairball, did you actually purchase G4s and use them, or are you slamming them based on a bad experience with the Vortex? Sorry but I'm too lazy to go look.

What "wading"? There is no filler or other material (other than the wick) in the G4. And if you pushed the wick into the central chamber you've likely ruined that G4, as it will most likely either not wick at all (burnt taste) or will quickly leak all your juice out the center hole of the battery connection end.

haven't tried it yet but my opinion on all clearo are they are not worth it. plastic just won't hold up long enough to kill the coil on any I have tried. it might be cool just for the novelty of it or newbs that have trouble drying the coil but not as an everyday carto.

Hey, I actually need to try things before I can give them a review.

But that's me...

i just got mine yesterday.. i filled as recommended but not aware about the e-liquid got into the inner tube..i vaped but hardly any smoke...as i have searched on youtube..i now aware how the carto filled correctly(i need a syringe, will get that soon)..another thing was the cap..as hard as i tried to push in..did not get much of it in...but looking again at another demo..i was able to wriggle(turning left/right,without much force,as i ruined 1 cap by forcing:() the soft cap in,leaving 2 mm the cap exposed from 10mm initially..as the cap easily comes off..in doing so i lose all the liquid i filled as i have a habit to place my e-cig in my pocket..hahah..its a learning "curve"..so hopefully to get to view "demo" on youtube and gain the wisdom like i did

good point but I won't buy them till I see some reviews saying the tube lasted as long as the coil. 3-4 fills or even 10 aren't enough for me when I can get other cartos to last weeks or months. some people may be able to afford it but I have 2 vapers to support in my house.

I'm not saying don't try them just be careful of your expectations.
