I'm not familiar with the auto batteries since I prefer manual. I can say this much, though...the quality of the G6 batteries is very high. I normally don't care for the manual buttons on e-cigs, but the manual button on the G6 is awesome. I doubt there would be a problem with accidental activation with the G6 automatic batteries.

I'm totally partial to auto batteries and these are the best I've had. The only autos I have that accidentally go off are the old atomizer types, ie: Blu and Volcano, mostly Blu though.

The G6 cartos seem to let you know when you're getting close to running dry better than others I have of similar makeup (V4L and Smokestik). Instead of a "uh oh, this tastes burnt" all of a sudden, I can detect a rapid decline in taste and vape production... without a burn taste. I haven't had a burner yet. As for when it's time for a new carto altogether, the only indication that they are weakening is that they stop producing as much vape on a well charged battery.
