Hello all, just thought it would be a good idea to post a mini review of my Halo G6 PCC.
Short review: Get one of these if you find yourself on the move a lot. It's great!
Long(er) review: I picked up my G6 PCC a few weeks ago, and have now had ample time with it to post my two cents.
Setup:
The G6 PCC came in standard Halo packaging with a small instruction sheet which has usage laid out in an easy to follow guide.
(The contents of the box was: 1x PCC, 1x battery, 1x USB cable and 1x instruction manual.)
When you open your box, you will find that the PCC is a sleek little case with a glossy plastic face. The only issue I had with mine is that the protective sheet plastic that you peel off initially had come off in transit. (I attribute this to extreme moisture and temperature in my area. Halo offered to fix for me, but figured I'd probably scratch this one up anyways so declined.)
Setup was simple, slide off back panel and insert battery. After that, it's as simple as plug it in to any available USB port and charge.
Use: Pretty straightforward, just a few button presses and you're charging. (Full PCC battery usually gives me about 3 and a half charges.)
*Sidenote: The lights on the PCC are quite bright and vibrant and easy to see whenever.
So essentially, after a few weeks use I can say I'd fully recommend the case. I always have a charged battery wherever I go, whenever I need it. The only downsides to the case is that it seems to be meant for the shorter batteries, so with my longer ones I can't fit two inside at the same time unless I don't have a cart on one.
You can find at on Halo's website under G6 chargers for 29.99.
